Returns & Warranty

When you receive your order, please inspect that the items match your order. Be sure to save the box and shipping carton in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment.

What Qualifies for a Return?

We accept returns for products purchased within 14 days from the order date.
We will issue a refund as long as the following criteria are met:
• Request is made within 14 days from the date of order.
• Product is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped and must be in new or like new condition.
• Must be received in the original packing material and with all of its accessories such as: charger, power cable, accessories, and user guides. The product returned will be inspected when it arrives at the warehouse and you will be charged the selling price for any item missing or damaged and it will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Copy of a valid receipt or Misa direct online store auto generated order number is required.

Restocking fees :

Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15%-30% of the purchase price. Misa may assess the restocking fee against the customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy. Misa reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

Misa does not charge for restocking fees for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong product, products damaged during shipment, or if the product did not match what was shown on the Site, provided the item is returned within its return policy period and in accordance with the Return Policy.

In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Misa will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.
